Photos to PDF has no account and no ads. Your photos and PDFs are processed on your Mac and are never uploaded. Firebase Analytics receives anonymous usage data, Apple and RevenueCat process purchases, and feedback you choose to send goes to the developer through Firebase. Photos to PDF does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

What stays on your Mac

Your files. Images and PDFs you add are read and converted on your Mac. Their contents, file names and folder paths are never sent to the publisher or any service.
Exported PDFs. Saved only where you choose. They leave your Mac only when you share them.
Settings. Paper size, margins, quality and other preferences are stored locally.

Analytics

Photos to PDF uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand which features are used and to fix problems. It receives an app-instance identifier generated by the SDK, events such as app opened, files added, export started or finished, settings changed and purchase steps, with counts, page numbers, output size, export time, chosen settings and error codes, whether Pro is active, device and macOS version, app version and an approximate region derived from your IP address.

Analytics never includes your images, PDFs, file names or folder paths. Photos to PDF does not set a user ID and does not use advertising identifiers.

Purchases

Photos to PDF Pro is a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payments; the publisher never receives card details. RevenueCat validates transactions and keeps your Pro status using an anonymous app-user identifier it generates, your purchase history and limited device information. Your photos and PDFs are not sent to RevenueCat.

Feedback

If you use Help → Send Feedback, your message, the email address you optionally enter, the app version and the time are stored in Firebase Realtime Database so the developer can read and answer it. Nothing is sent unless you press Send.

Data retention and deletion

On your Mac: deleting the app removes its settings. Exported PDFs stay where you saved them.
Firebase Analytics: usage data is kept for a limited period set in Firebase and then deleted automatically.
Feedback: kept until it has been handled, or deleted sooner on request.
RevenueCat and Apple: purchase records are kept as long as needed to verify purchases and restore Pro, under their own retention rules.

Your choices

Request access or deletion: email orkhanalizada@hotmail.com. Because there are no accounts, we may ask for the email you used for feedback or the approximate dates you used the app.
Feedback is optional: you can use the app without ever sending it, and the email field can stay empty.

Third-party providers

Apple, RevenueCat and Google (Firebase) process only the limited data described above.

Children

Photos to PDF is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact
