Keypad keeps your launcher layout, Screen Time tokens, schedules, pause counters, and settings on your device. Its extensions share local data needed for widgets and app holds. Selected app names, websites, tokens, events, and Screen Time reports are not uploaded to the publisher.

Screen Time is optional. Apple provides authorization, selection, shielding, and reports. Activity stays inside Apple's report extension.

If you enable weather, Keypad requests location while in use and sends it to Apple's WeatherKit for local weather. It stores the response rather than your location history. If you enable Calendar, upcoming event titles and times are shared locally with the widget. Disabling these features clears their cached content on refresh.

Photos permission only adds a black wallpaper; Keypad does not read your photos. Notifications are optional and used for the one-time day-three reminder.

When purchases are configured, Apple processes payments and RevenueCat validates transactions and maintains your anonymous entitlement. Keypad does not receive card details. RevenueCat receives transaction information and its generated app-user identifier to provide the service.

Firebase Analytics receives feature signals, coarse counts, session information, SDK/device metadata, and an app-instance identifier generated by the SDK. Signals describe guide steps or Pro purchases; they do not include selected apps, websites, Screen Time tokens or activity reports, calendar event titles, or precise location. Firebase Analytics Core is installed without advertising-identifier support; vendor-identifier collection, advertising storage, advertising user data, personalized advertising, and automatic screen reporting are disabled. Keypad does not set a user ID or link analytics to RevenueCat customer IDs, and does not use analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy; analytics still involves data collection.

An optional catalog refresh retrieves public HTTPS JSON. Its host can receive standard network metadata such as an IP address; launcher choices are not sent.

Uninstalling Keypad and its extensions removes local app data. Provider transaction and analytics records may remain under Apple's, RevenueCat's, and Google's retention rules. Contact the publisher for privacy requests. There is no Keypad login account.
