Restore purchases

If you bought Caller Pro and it is locked on a new device or after reinstalling:

1. Open Caller and tap the gear icon for Settings.
2. Under Caller Pro, tap Restore purchases.
3. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Manage or cancel a subscription

• In Caller: Settings → Caller Pro → Manage subscription.
• Or in iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Caller Pro.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Voice scoring does not work

• Permissions. Voice scoring needs microphone and speech recognition access. Check iOS Settings → Caller and make sure both are on. Caller also shows an Open Settings button when access is missing.
• On-device speech model. Caller uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition. If a model is needed, the voice control shows download progress. Keep an internet connection while the model downloads, then hold the microphone again. Availability depends on your device and iOS version.
• Input language. Choose Settings → Voice scoring → Input language. English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese input are supported where on-device recognition is available. Other app languages use English numbers for now; the voice control explains when English is used. Choose the spoken call language separately in Settings → Caller voice → Call language.
• Quiet room. Hold the mic button, speak after it lights up and release when you are done. Hands-free mode listens between throws.

Audio is processed on your device and is never uploaded.

Privacy

Caller has no account and no ads. Read the privacy policy. You can turn off usage statistics any time in Settings → About → Share anonymous usage data.
