Restore purchases

If you bought Spirit Box Pro and it is locked on a new device or after reinstalling:

1. Open Spirit Box and tap the gear icon on the Investigate or Sessions tab.
2. Under Spirit Box Pro, tap Restore Purchases.
3. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Manage or cancel a subscription

• In Spirit Box: Settings → Spirit Box Pro → Manage Subscription.
• Or in iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spirit Box Pro.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Word Catcher is not hearing many words

Word Catcher shows only words that Apple's on-device speech recognition actually hears; it never picks words from a list. Check that microphone and speech recognition are on in iOS Settings → Spirit Box, keep the mic uncovered, and give it a few minutes in a room with a little background sound. On-device recognition depends on your device and language.

The AR EMF Map stopped after 30 seconds

Free mapping is limited to 30 seconds a day. Spirit Box Pro removes the limit.

I don't see LiDAR depth dots

Depth dots need a LiDAR sensor (iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models). On other iPhones the SLS camera's body-pose figures still work.

Does Spirit Box detect ghosts?

No. It is a set of real measuring and recording tools: a magnetometer EMF meter, on-device speech recognition, camera pose and depth detection, and audio recording. It does not claim to detect or communicate with spirits; you interpret what you find.

Privacy

Spirit Box has no account and no ads. Read the privacy policy. Anonymous usage statistics are off unless you agree, and you can change that any time in Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data.
